Training Request Timespan Feature

The Timespan allows the administrator to set a number of months for each user to complete the relevant Training Request. For instance, if you have a company requirement that a specific training be completed by a pool of employees every 24 months, you may set a Timespan of 18 Months. At 18 months the HR Classroom System will automatically assign the users to your Training Request Email Notification, and attach those users to your reports which display users that have not completed the Training Request in the last 18 months.

The Timespan feature allows the Employer Administrator to send notices to users without wading through reams of reports figuring out which employees need to take a particular training to comply with company policy.
